INTRODUCTION
An Job offering system for alumni is an example of web base application which is under the information systems. It helps an company in tracking and job offering for alumni of an university in Malaysia. Also, it helps the alumni to get job through the use of the internet. It also helps the alumni to get update with the latest news and upcoming job of the company that offer job . This application can easily be accessed through the use of the internet which will be very useful to alumni because they can keep in touch to get profile of company are offer job for him/her. The computer is most likely one of the great technological mechanism for future change. It can now simply make our works easier and lighter. With this great thing it won’t be more useful without the computers software
Technology has evolved in recent times to a level where competition between existing systems and a new design are accessed and compared on the basis of reliability, compatibility, output design, speed and efficiency, not to mention sophistication. Globally, people are mostly interested in systems that can match any standard found in the international market. OBJECTIVE
Three objectives have been in this project .there are following objectives in this project:
- To design and develop an efficient system that would produce the required results without wasting much time and valuable resources.
- To develop a system by using the implementation of decision tree technique for in the system.
- To test and evaluate the system performance of Job offering System

TECHNIQUE
Decision tree
A decision tree(DT)is a flowchart-like tree structure, where each internal node denotes a test on an attribute, each branch represents an outcome of the test, and each leaf node(or terminal node)holds a class label[1]. The topmost node in a tree is the root node. DT classifiers can cope with combinations of terms and can produce impressive results for some domains. However, training a DT classifier is quite complex and they can get out of hand with the number of nodes created in some cases. Decision trees may be computationally expensive for certain domains, however, they make up for it by offering a genuine simplicity of interpreting models, and helping to consider the most important factors in a dataset first by placing them at the top of the tree[2] Because of the complex and expensive of a certain domain, this technique not suitable to be used for this system
